Privacy policy (draft)

This is a draft for a pre-launch preview and will change before launch. It covers this website and its waitlist only.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, the role that best describes you, and, if you choose to give them, your practice or business name, your state or territory and a message.

To protect the form from spam and abuse we also process technical information such as a one-way scrambled version of your IP address (kept for up to 24 hours to limit repeated submissions) and the result of an automated bot check provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

How we use it

We use your details only to:

• contact you about the pilot and the launch of the product;
• understand who is interested and how they bill consultant fees today, so we can shape the product.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored using Cloudflare, which hosts this website and its database. Cloudflare may process data outside Australia. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until the product launches and for up to 12 months after that, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details at any time by replying to any email we send you. You can also ask to be removed from the waitlist the same way.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The bot check on the waitlist form may set data in your browser that is needed for it to work.

Changes

This draft will be replaced by a full privacy policy before launch.
