Early-access pricing

Provisional pricing in Australian dollars

Plan prices are shown including GST. They are provisional early-access prices and may change before launch. Nothing is being sold yet; joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Pilot offer: a free three-month pilot for practices that run one or two real projects through it, followed by a founding price on the Studio plan. Founding terms will be confirmed with each pilot practice.

Consultants

Engineers, energy raters, surveyors, soil testers and town planners invited to a job are planned to have free access to receive payments and invoices.

Payment fees (indicative)

When a homeowner pays a stage, the payments provider charges a processing fee. Indicative figures we are planning around:

Indicative payment processing fees
MethodIndicative fee
PayTo or direct debit Planned default0.75% + A$0.30, capped at A$60
Card2.2% + A$0.30
  • These figures include the provider’s cost and a small platform margin. They are estimates, and the final fees, including how GST applies to them, will be confirmed before launch.
  • Bank payments are planned as the default because they cost far less on large stage payments.
  • Australian card surcharging rules are being reformed. We plan to follow the current rules, so check how they affect you before passing on any card costs.

Help shape it before launch

We are looking for a small group of Australian design practices and consultants to pilot this on one or two real projects.
