For draftspersons and building designers
Spend less of each job on admin
A fee proposal that looks like your practice
Your letterhead, your stages, your inclusions and exclusions. Consultant fees appear by name so the client sees the full cost of design before they sign.
Progress claims that follow your drawing sets
Bill each stage when the client approves the drawings for it, not when you remember to send an invoice.
No more fronting consultant fees
The client pays the stage once and each consultant is paid their share directly. You are not out of pocket waiting to recover costs.
Fewer calls about bills
One schedule, one payment per stage, one place for the client to see what they owe and why.
Variations without awkward conversations
Extra revisions and changes are tracked against the allowances in your proposal and sent for approval before they are billed.
Fits how you already work
Whether your clients appoint consultants directly or you include them in your fee, we plan to support both, with the right invoices for each.
Illustrative example

- Building designerA$5,500

What we would ask of a pilot practice
- Run one or two real residential projects through it, with at least one consultant.
- A short call at the start and regular feedback while it is in use.
- In return: a free three-month pilot and a founding price on the Studio plan afterwards.
Help shape it before launch
We are looking for a small group of Australian design practices and consultants to pilot this on one or two real projects.
